With two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with their own ensuite, this space is perfect for couples, small groups and families seeking privacy and comfort. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room to make yourself at home. While there are no seaviews, the tranquil garden setting more than makes up for it, and you are only steps away from the beach. This apartment sleeps up to 4 guests.

Full Floor Seaside Escape

Perched on the top floor of the apartment block with sweeping sea views, the Full-Floor Seaside Escape is a bright and breezy space designed for relaxed coastal living. This exclusive setup combines four ensuite Studios, with a fully equipped and spacious kitchen, dining and living area, all opening onto the balcony.

2 Studios are equipped with a Queen bed, a Sofa Bed and separate Single bed, 2 Studios are equipped with a Queen bed and a Sofa Bed and sleeps up to 18 guests. It’s ideal for families, friends or groups wanting their own space and a place to come together.

The apartment features a well equipped modern kitchenette, open-plan living & dining area, and a private deck with beautiful sea views - perfect for soaking up the coastal vibe.

The main bedroom is bright and comfortable, while the second bedroom is located on a split-level, offering added privacy but with no external views.

With one bathroom and sleeping space for up to 6 guests, this apartment is ideal for couples, small families, or friends looking for a well-located Paihia stay.

Bay Breeze Base - Apartment 6
